  • SPS Valet & Parking Assistance: In partnership with our master facility managers, Swindon Facility Management Ltd (SPS Facility Management), trained security personnel provide immediate arrival assistance, wheelchair deployment support, and prioritized valet routing.

  • Step-Free Approach: The transit pathway from the vehicle drop-off zone to the main entrance features continuous, step-free, smooth concrete grading with a non-slip textured finish to accommodate wheelchairs, motorized mobility scooters, and rollators flawlessly.

2. ARCHITECTURAL CIRCULATION & GROUND FLOOR ECOSYSTEM

As the exclusive manager and anchor tenant of the entire Ground Floor, The Square Offices has optimized the structural layout to ensure effortless horizontal mobility.

  • Turnkey Thresholds & Clearance: The main entrance features automated, wide-clearance electronic glass doors. All internal structural doorways leading into our private office, meeting rooms, and shared amenities maintain a minimum clear opening width of 900mm.

  • Zero-Threshold Flooring: The ground floor reception, high-prestige lobby lounge, and corridors utilize flush, zero-threshold flooring transitions. Premium minimalist tiling and hard surfaces are completely free of raised lips, deep carpets, or unexpected steps, minimizing trip hazards and ensuring low rolling resistance.

  • Expansive Corridors: Main circulation arteries are engineered with wide corridors (minimum 1500mm width) to allow multi-directional flow and effortless turning radiuses for mobility equipment.

  • The Hospitality Core (Restaurant & Cafeteria): Seating arrangements feature optimized clearance heights to accommodate assistive mobility devices comfortably. Step-free self-service pathways are maintained at all times.

  • Executive Kitchenette: Countertops and refreshment dispensing stations feature an accessible split-level design, ensuring tea, coffee, and uncapped premium water options are easily reachable.

  • Purpose-Built Accessible Restrooms: The Ground Floor houses a dedicated, fully compliant accessible executive restroom.

  • Assisted Evacuation Matrix: In the highly unlikely event of an emergency evacuation, our trained on-site community team and fire wardens execute a structured "buddy system" protocol to guarantee that individuals requiring mobility assistance are safely, calmly, and securely escorted through the designated step-free emergency exits to the muster point.
